Devdas (2002)
This film may be considered one of the most depressing films some of my close friends and family have seen in their lives. I beg to differ. I found it a beautiful love story, and although not exactly a romantic comedy - it was a love story between a man and a woman where obstacles of family and circumstance get in the way of them carrying out their life-long dream to be together. There were many cultural aspects to the story that I didn't understand, but I enjoyed the music and dancing thoroughly throughout the film.

This is beautiful film full of romance and strife, colour and music - definitely an eventful film. I'll give it three and a half stars. If you like romance, tragedy, music and dancing, watch this film!

Moon (2009)
This film was a film I'll need to watch again to understand it all, I think. But it wasn't as spectacular as I had expected. There isn't a lot of space action and explosions, nor do they show you a lot of incredible space scenes. I found it had quite a Kubrick feel (Space Odyssey), but was quite fascinating, curious and interesting to watch. It also left a lot of unanswered questions and loose ends still not tied at the end - but yet, it felt as though it should have ended that way.

This film wasn't exactly incredible or amazing, but it wasn't too boring or disengaging. I'd give it two and a half stars out of five. If you like a Sci-Fi with a bit of strangeness and oddity, watch this film.
